At Bon and Eve Pharmaceuticals we believe that our sales specialists are an integral part of our organization. In this role you will be taking charge of sales of our products in the areas you are assigned as well as neighbouring environs, you will be charged with sales, distribution and marketing of our products and also developing good rapport with the clients in your region.

The journey all starts in an Entry Level role of sales specialist where the basic fundamental skills are built and leadership potential is unleashed and most people move up to the position of regional and national managers from there as the company expands into other areas.

This is NOT a remote or work from home position hence Candidates must be currently legally allowed to work in Nigeria and living in Nigeria.

This position comes with a gross earning of 130,000 naira to 250,000 naira , an official car and other work accessories like laptops or ipads etc.

1. Acquiring new customers for our products
2. Educating potential and existing clients on our competitive advantage and also detailing our products.
3. Developing rapport with our existing clients.
4. Generating leads and Meeting or exceeding sales goals / target
5. Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
6. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
7. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
8. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
9. Understanding and promoting company programs.
10. Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
11. Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
12. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

• Be 18 years + and have at least 3 years post NYSC working experience in sales especially as a sales representative, experience in B2B (Business to Business ) and B2C ( Business to consumer ) , an experience in B2B2C is an added advantage.
• Able to communicate in local language (s) of the region (s) they are applying for and also have good command of written , reading and spoken English language.
• Must pass criminal background check and other background checks including Education credential assessment with a verdict of “clear”, must be bondable.
• Must be able to drive with good driving history from the FRSC and must have held the license for more than 2years .
• Must have completed tertiary education in Nigeria with NYSC discharge letter.
• Candidates must have atleast basic knowledge of navigating through ERP systems and or google workspace , Microsoft office suite etc.
